The beginning of Hashtag Laundry was established in 2019, starting from the experience of tourists visiting Bali but have not found a fast laundry service that has quality assurance. The only services available at that time were laundry services that were managed by residents, did not have a strong brand image, did not have a professional management system, and laundry services that took a long time to complete. This is certainly not efficient because the average tourist visits Bali for only 5 days to 7 days.
